  • STRENGTH

A 60-minute class focused on building strength, power, and muscular endurance through compound movements targeting all major muscle groups. Each class focuses on either upper or lower body and is suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Kickboxing/Boxing

A high-energy class combining boxing and kickboxing techniques with nonstop conditioning. Learn punches, kicks, and combinations while improving speed, coordination, and endurance.

  • HYROX

Train like a HYROX athlete. As a HYROX Training Club, we offer specialized programming designed to improve endurance, strength, and power while preparing you for next HYROX race.

Strength & Conditioning

A dynamic workout combining strength training with bursts of cardio to challenge both endurance and power in a motivating group environment.

  • MetCon

Short for metabolic conditioning. This high-intensity class uses equipment like SkiErgs, AirBikes, rowers, sleds, kettlebells, and more through circuits, intervals, and timed challenges.

  • Circuits

A fast-paced class where participants rotate through multiple stations targeting different muscle groups using cardio equipment, weights, and bodyweight exercises.

  • Kickboxing/HIIT

A fun, high-intensity class combining kickboxing with interval training to build strength, improve conditioning, and burn calories.

  • Stretch

A 30-minute recovery class focused on deep stretching to improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery after workouts.
