He played two impactful years at Brookdale Community College, honing his skills before transferring to Rutgers Newark University for another two years. With four years of college-level basketball experience, Ricky transitioned into coaching and running speed and agility classes, all while cherishing the opportunity to inspire young athletes. He has 4 years of coaching experience and a year of speed and agility training under his belt. He brings a structured approach to his speed and agility classes for all kids. His boundless enthusiasm and innovative training methods create an engaging environment where children not only enhance physical abilities but also develop a lifelong love for staying active.

After a long career in the US Navy, Tom continued his dedication to fitness by becoming a certified personal trainer. He has 15 years of experience across many gyms throughout New Jersey. He also competed in multiple Mens Physique shows on the national stage. Tom focuses on the importance of form and safety with each client while challenging them to meet their highest potential with his caring nature.

Since 2007, Pete has been helping people live a healthier life. Pete is a trainer who goes above and beyond for his clients. He also works with Special Populations; Parkinson’s Disease, Autism and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Pete is a leader, coach and lifetime athlete. From coaching youth basketball teams, competing in several bodybuilding competitions,and practicing great nutrition routines he has been a stellar fitness role model for the community. 

In his free time you can find Pete at the beach, watching sports or spending time with his family and cheering on his grandkids!
