No! All of our membership options are month-to-month and do not have a contract. We also have zero annual fees, processing fees, or any other additional fees.
To use our Open Gym you must be 18 years or older. For Group Fitness Classes, you must be 16 years or older and accompanied by a parent/guardian. We also offer Youth Programs for younger athletes.
Absolutely! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and our trainers will be more than happy to provide modifications for any exercises.
Yes! We have StairMasters, treadmills, assault treadmills, Echo Bikes, Rowers, Skierg's, Jacobs Ladder, and stationary bikes. We are also located within walking distance of the Henry Hudson Trail.
Absolutely! For every person you refer who joins our gym, you'll receive 1 Free Month on your next month's membership.
Absolutely! Our facility allows us to accommodate any group size. Just fill out our waiver before class and hop in!
